Shipping and delivery

The average delivery times are 3 to 5 days in France. Orders sent to the rest of the European Union require 7 to 9 working days. In extraordiany cases, cool-shoe.com can not be responsible for late delivery. Delivery rates are those we get from our partner La Poste Colissimo and depend on the country indicated on the delivery address. The shipping costs will be calculated, added to the total amount of your order and will be presented on the checkout page. Once you validate this page, we will cash you that amount. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and well complete at the final checkout. If you choose home delivery, be sure to include: building number, stairs, door code, floor and your name on the mailbox ... If the package is returned to us because of "incomplete address", the return costs will be at your expense and directly deducted from the total amount of your order on redemption. Track your package: after shipment of your package, an email will be issued with a specific tracking number corresponding to your package.

Satisfied or your money back

According to the European Directive 97/7 of 20 May 1997 on the protection of distance sales and the Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer who buys a product on the site cool-shoe.com has a right of withdrawal to return the product that do not suit him within 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt of the order. For this, the client has to contact the customer service e.store@cool-shoe.com that will then provide him a return number. The customer will return the ordered products on the site cool-shoe.com at his own costs. Refund of the order will be made within 14 days. Products must be returned in perfect condition. Products returned without packaging or incomplete packaging, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back. Shipments against reimbursement will not be accepted. Reimbursement will be made by any means including, credit refund to the bank account used by the Customer during the order. Customer has 14 days to return the item, and ask for his exchange, a credit or refund.

Product exchange

The customer exchange request has to be declared within 15 days upon the product delivery date. You must imperatively connect you on your clients account for any request for return. Our customer service will transmit a number of returns then to you in order to dispatch us the goods (no return will be accepted without number of return). Products have to be in their original packaging with all accessories and instruction manual and must be joined by the return number directed to:
