Shipping & Delivery

Average delivery time is 3 to 5 days in France, except for out of stock articles.

The orders sent to the rest of the European Union take up to 7 to 9 open days.

For extraordinary reasons, Cinex should not be responsible if your order is delayed. The delivery time we announce is indicated from the moment when the products are shipped out from our warehouse.

-You chose home delivery; your parcel is delivered at the delivery address you indicated when you placed the order, if you are away, the delivery man will leave you a note. You have then 10 days to get your parcel at the post office. Once this 10 days have passed, the parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse.

-You chose delivery at the relay point; your parcel will be sent at the relay point that you indicated when you placed the order, you will be noticed about the arrival of your parcel by email and /or text message. The parcel is available at the relay point for 10 days, if not picked up once these 10 days have passed; the parcel is sent back to our warehouse.

 

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and well complete at the final checkout. If you choose home delivery, be sure to include: building number, stairs, door code, floor and your name on the mailbox ... If the package is returned to us because of "incomplete address", “does not live at the address indicated”, “unclaimed”, “refused” the return costs will be at your expense and directly deducted from the total amount of your order on reimbursement.

Track your package: after shipment of your package, an email will be issued with a specific tracking number corresponding to your package.

Satisfied or your money back

According to the European Directive 97/7 of 20 May 1997 on the protection of distance sales and the Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer who buys a product on the site cinex-store.com   has a right of withdrawal to return the product that do not suit him within 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt of the order.

You must imperatively connect you on your clients account for any request for return. Please do it from your customer space in "Your Account" click in the "Order history and details" section. Then click in "details". If you wish to return one or more products, please mark the corresponding boxes and provide an explanation for the return. When complete, click the button "Request a Return".

 Our customer service will transmit a number of returns then to you in order to dispatch us the goods (no return will be accepted without number of return). The customer will return the ordered products on the site cinex-store.com   at his own costs at:

Refund of the order will be made within 14 days. Products must be returned in perfect condition. Products returned without packaging or incomplete packaging, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

Shipments against reimbursement will not be accepted.

Reimbursement will be made by any means including, credit refund to the bank account used by the Customer during the order.

The return and exchange costs are at customer’s charge, except for faulty products.

To return a defective item, the procedure is the same as for a classic return. We will ask you to add photographs of the item so that our customer service team authorizes the return. You will receive the exchange or refund corresponding to your purchase after the quality team has authorized the return.

Product exchange

The customer exchange request has to be declared within 15 days upon the product delivery date. Customer has 15 days to return the item, and ask for his exchange, a credit or refund, after this time, the products delivered will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the Customer, and CINEX SAS reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Products have to be in their original packaging with all accessories and instruction manual and must be joined with the return number directed to:
